Hello and Welcome to the White Dove Photography Blog! This is a space where I share pictures from my recent Photo Sessions. I am a Professional Custom Natural Light Photographer who strives to capture the natural essence of who my subject really is.

Simple, Pure, Candid, Real, Creative, Connecting...these are a few words to describe my photography style. My goal is to partner with you, as together we capture the moments BIG and small that make your life so special!

F-U-N is one of my Pre-requisites in every single photo shoot I take! It's a MUST! Why? Because having a good time goes hand in hand with my hearts' desire. My hope is that your Photos will represent not only where you were at in this moment of your history...but they will also be a memory of the really great time we spent together!

I fell in love...again...




Okay...I can tell you that it does not get any sweeter than this!
I had the honor of photographing these 2 little angels recently on 
a Southern California Beach.  I had such a blast with them and their mommy
as we caught a little glimpse into what it means to be one and two. 
C & P you truly melted my heart and I cannot wait to follow you both as you grow up.
This little "Sneak Peek" was very hard to do because there were just SO many 
adorable pictures...what to choose?  Enjoy...mom and dad!  I hope this will tie you over until you get to see the whole photo shoot. ;)  You sure do make beautiful babies!

BAR MITZVAH

















Last Saturday I had the honor of Photographing the Bar Mitzvah of a very special young man.  From the ceremony in the morning.... to the celebration in the evening.... it was truly a wonderful event!   I was very impressed with the reverence and preparation that went into taking this step from childhood, to that of entering into manhood.   Good Job BW!




After the hard work was complete...it was now time to PARTY!  And Party they did!  Beautiful and historic Hacienda Del Sol was the venue.  Good Food, Great Music, Dancing Teens, Family & Friends, and Traditional Bar Mitzvah style made this an unforgettable evening for all!   FUN FUN FUN!














3 GENERATIONS....Sharing Tradition of Faith


The evening was themed with the CUBS...the Star's favorite baseball team.  And one of the many highlights of the night was when the "Blues Brothers" made a surprise appearance and actually performed!  Impressive guys!


Congratulations BW!  As you enter into this new season of your life....

Innocent Beauty





I am always amazed at the pure beauty of children.  That is probably one of the things I love most about photography...how time and time again the common thread that runs between our most tiny and precious human beings is their innocent and {PURE} beauty.   This little one is a natural through and through.  She Naturally allowed her inner spirit to shine.  It was difficult to choose which pics of hers to share as there were honestly SO many precious shots.  I like these for a few reasons.  Mainly what draws me is the capturing of this special time in her life...not a little little girl anymore yet not a big grown up girl either....somewhere right in between.  TIME...Frozen.  That is the honor that I have as your photographer.  I get to capture and freeze the moments in your life that you wish never ever to forget.  Times like this...a girl on the brink of becoming older. Precious.  She has the sweetest heart...but I know you know that already...her picture told you....

MY BEST BUDDY





ADORABLE! This Photo Shoot was a lot of fun! Fun for many reasons...the "cutest reason" was that this sweet tyke LOVED me to death! And my camera lens(and me) LOVED him right back! Can you imagine the genes that went into making these BABY BLUES? WOW! What was especially sweet to me was the pure love & joy that illuminated from those sparklers. He was rewarded with a yummy lollipop at the end and he rewarded me back with more great shots than I can count! Thank You T! ( Mom made my day when she told me that T had been asking for Ms Michelle ever since our shoot. Ahhhh...he's gonna be a heart melter that one!) Actually...he already is!

Young Love



What a FUN afternoon I had with this great couple!   Scott and Sarah are a really sweet twosome who I had the honor of photographing right before the Holidays.  Scott did a very ROMANTIC thing for his wife. (HINT HINT all you other great guys out there)  All on his own... Scott contacted me and set up a Photo Session as a "Surprise Christmas Gift" for Sarah!  Oh was she HAPPY!  Honestly Men...us girls...we LOVE this stuff!

Scott & Sarah you were wonderful to work with and Scott...BIG KUDOS for
arranging a selfless gift that you knew she would really dig!
(And I didn't even make it painful did I?)
I think about 5 minutes into it Scott actually started enjoying the shoot too!
Seriously...your photos are stunning
and I really loved spending time with you guys!
