Hello and Welcome to the White Dove Photography Blog! This is a space where I share pictures from my recent Photo Sessions. I am a Professional Custom Natural Light Photographer who strives to capture the natural essence of who my subject really is.

Simple, Pure, Candid, Real, Creative, Connecting...these are a few words to describe my photography style. My goal is to partner with you, as together we capture the moments BIG and small that make your life so special!

Please enjoy these beautiful shots of some of my treasured clients! They are as special to me on the inside as their pictures show them to be on the outside. I tell ya....I have the BEST job in the whole world!

F-U-N is one of my Pre-requisites in every single photo shoot I take! It's a MUST! Why? Because having a good time goes hand in hand with my hearts' desire. My hope is that your Photos will represent not only where you were at in this moment of your history...but they will also be a memory of the really great time we spent together!

Check back often as new photos are added all the time. I would LOVE to hear from you so please leave me a note below! If you would like to book your session, have a question or just want to leave me a comment...I so look forward to hearing from you!

Young Love

What a FUN afternoon I had with this great couple!   Scott and Sarah are a really sweet twosome who I had the honor of photographing right before the Holidays.  Scott did a very ROMANTIC thing for his wife. (HINT HINT all you other great guys out there)  All on his own... Scott contacted me and set up a Photo Session as a "Surprise Christmas Gift" for Sarah!  Oh was she HAPPY!  Honestly Men...us girls...we LOVE this stuff!

Scott & Sarah you were wonderful to work with and Scott...BIG KUDOS for
arranging a selfless gift that you knew she would really dig!
(And I didn't even make it painful did I?)
I think about 5 minutes into it Scott actually started enjoying the shoot too!
Seriously...your photos are stunning
and I really loved spending time with you guys!

Blue Eyes...Blond Hair...Heart of Gold

This little angel was a JOY to work with!
Don't you wish you knew what was going on behind those Big Beautiful Blue Eyes?
Sweetness...I'm sure!
Feelings...Relationship between two people...Spark of Spirit...Love....
This is what I search for...this is what I find through my camera lens.
It was a pleasure to watch as this child's whole entire face lit up
whenever she caught a glimpse of her mom or her big brother at our photo shoot.
They were my ace in the hole to bring out that  that lit up her face.

The best things in life are FREE
and the smiles that this pretty soul gave to me I will count
among my treasures.

Dick & Jane...A Love Story

Recently I had the honor to photograph one of the world's most special couples. Married for 60 Years is an accomplishment in and of itself...however what makes these lovebirds all the more amazing is that they are still TOTALLY IN LOVE! Holding hands, stolen kisses and LOTS and LOTS of laughter made our time together precious.
The backdrop for this Photo Shoot was at historic Tohono Chul Park in Tucson, Arizona. And so among the native flowers and towering mesquite trees we meandered through the winding trails and created not only very special photographs...but a memory I will personally never forget...

I'm going to tell you a little secret....these 2 beautiful people are MY grandparents!
Oh Yeah...I hit the "Family Lotto" on this one!
I happen to come from parents & grandparents that have been true
examples of lifelong love stories.
I always hoped for a love affair as beautiful as theirs...
(and guess what... I have it too!)
How blessed we will be if we are able to celebrate
60 years together one day also!

A suitcase...a hat...and a boy...

Did I ever have fun with this little guy! In about 20 minutes I was able to capture so many expressions from this precious 3 year old. Just a wee bit of "Lollipop Bribery" was used and actually worked like a charm!  They say that the eyes are the window to the soul...and when my lens connects with those eyes...Bingo!  Magic happens!
